Steven Vorholt, DDS grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. The son of a nurse and startup businessman he found dentistry to be the perfect blend of medicine and small business. He enjoys the personal touch a small dental practice is able to offer his patients, and the true life-changing treatments he gets to provide to the community in Northeast Columbus. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelors of Microbiology and Food Science and returned for 4 post graduate years to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2013.
Since graduating with his doctorate he has traveled the country keeping up to date with the latest trends in the digital dentistry evolution. As technology quickly surpasses itself every couple of years, Dr. Vorholt prides himself on mastering the newest technology with a constant eye forward towards the future of dentistry. He's taken advanced courses on dental implant placement and restorations, as well as 3D imaging and planning for implant surgery. He does a 'virtual surgery' on the computer on all of his cases and uses his state-of-the-art 3D printer to make computer-aided surgical guides. This makes all his surgeries more predictable, perfectly planned and executed, and easier for the patient due to reduced surgical time and post-operative discomfort.
When not dabbling in the latest dental tech Dr. Vorholt loves to enjoy time with his dog Beckett, play volleyball, and travel the world.
